The reason we don’t send assignments at the beginning is because we believe that it is only fair that our candidates have the right information about Wolt before jumping straight into an assessment. We want to ensure our candidates have the best support in order to present a great assignment. As for your question about data, this is something rely on heavily. We are extremely data-driven, hence our assignments are created with the aim of encouraging our candidates to take an analytical approach. We understand that all the internal data sets are not shared in the assignment therefore a lot might be based on assumptions. However, this is something we have acknowledged and therefore agreed on that assignment presentations are focused on the analytical approach rather than the actual numbers itself. We hope that this all makes sense. Nonetheless, we appreciate your feedback and rest assured that we have taken this into consideration when it comes understanding how we can improve our candidates’ experiences.
