Process was straightforward and conversational. Things moved forward smoothly with great support. But after the final interview there was no communication or response. No feedback or final determination was offered. Very disappointing after what had appeared to be a pretty well managed process.

Interview
The hiring manager sent me a LinkedIn message, then the HR representative conducted a phone interview, followed by a hiring manager zoom interview then 2 zoom interviews with the PM team members. A smooth interview process till I got Ghosted without any explanation or feedback even though I sent 2 follow-up emails! The ghosting part is enough to tell a lot about any company culture or team.
