Was contacted the next day after submitting my resume online. HR recruiter was very nice but had typo in company name in her email signature, and was confused on time zones. Although I explained Eastern Time, she still ended up calling me an hour early. Was told I had "exactly the skills they are looking for", which led me to believe I had a pretty good shot of landing the job. Each of the interviewers were very nice and seem happy at the company, but they asked no challenging questions. They were more interested in talking about themselves or the company than asking me about my skills and experience. When I learned after two months that I did not get the job, I asked HR for feedback but never received a reply. I then followed-up with the hiring manager asking for feedback to help me with my job search, but again, never heard back. After a two month investment, it would have been nice to received some type of feedback from such a reputable company.
