Six weeks, met the team, fantastic transparency. Multiple remote interviews. I suppose this would depend on the size of the team. Everyone was friendly and warm. They had a fantastic energy and were clearly mission driven.

Interview
They were very open honest and quick in my interview process. I was able to speak with my recruiter and recieve an offer within about a week and a half. The interviews were conversational vs. Overly formal.

What project artifact do you find most beneficial in your project management process.
There was an initial presentation call, followed by a video call with the hiring manager and HR. I'm not sure if there were additional steps because I did not proceed further with the selection process

Long process with many interviews. Took a lot of time to schedule. Everyone had a different agenda in their questions which was confusing. The whole process didn’t feel welcoming to be honest.
