Absolutely inept interview process. I was given a link to schedule an intro call with a recruiter, with the next available time being weeks out. This recruiter was seemingly based abroad which resulted in a very early meeting time. On the morning of the call, the recruiter no showed. When I emailed to check in, I received no explanation, but instead received a new calendar invite a few days later. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I accepted the new meeting date. However, the recruiter did the same exact thing for the next scheduled call, once again no showing and then sending a rescheduled link. After sharing this feedback with their talent team so they could improve their process, I received no response. I would strongly suggest considering other companies that respect candidates' time.

Ghosted on the initial interview. Tried emailing the recruiter a couple of times, however, no response. Not a good look on the company. Will look for somewhere that treats people better than this.
