Interview
Had two interviews and a design challenge. The process was over two weeks. Very open to questions on the company and were very welcoming. Questions were straight forward and became more of a discussion on how I have worked and working with larger teams. If you know your stuff about UX practices and have a strong portfolio you should be fine.
