Interviewed with recruitment, then COO, rejected before final panel interview. Staff were passionate about business, and were very engaged during discussion to help figure out if I may be good fit.
I applied online. I interviewed at Workshop (Omaha, NE) in Dec 2025
Interview
Phenomenal process from application to final handshake.
- The application on Workshop's website was refreshingly modern, short and streamlined.
- There was zero lag time between applying and moving through interview rounds. No ghosting... just clear, timely communication.
- The process included a phone screen, Zoom interview, quick assignment, and a final in-person interview day with dedicated blocks to tour the office and interview with managers, founders, and peers.
Every single person I interacted with was professional, kind, conversational, and genuinely thoughtful. The experience felt purposeful from start to finish and left me feeling excited, pursued, and respected as a candidate.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Workshop (Omaha, NE) in Jun 2025
Interview
Connected with management via linked in and expressed job interest. Interview process was a preliminary phone screening, in person interview with management and panel interview. Brooke walked me through the office prior to my in person interview and did an amazing job giving the story of the business and talking about their company culture!
