Overall experience was very professional and timely. The hiring team did a great job of explaining the process and staying in constant communication.
After submitting an application and resume on their website, I received an email back within a few days letting me know they were interested in setting up an initial phone screen. Included in this email was a request to take a few quick assessments.
During the 20 minute phone screen general questions were asked about my background, work history, education, reason for applying and a panel of technical questions that would be passed onto the technical team.
That same day after the phone screen I was emailed and asked to move forward in the process and schedule two 30 minute virtual interviews. They included a technical interview and a culture interview. These were both Microsoft Teams meetings with 3 different people each and were ran very professionally and included time for the candidate to ask questions in each.
Roughly four business days later I was moved forward in the process and asked to setup a 1 on 1 interview with the owner/founder of the company. This was a great back and forth interview which provided helpful insight to the quality of the company I was interviewing for.
Three business days later I was offered the position and accepted! Total time for the process - 18th business days. Much faster and more streamlined then many other interviews I had with other companies.
