I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Woven Care (Colorado Springs, CO) in Aug 2024
Interview
Thorough, polite. I was genuinely impressed with their interview process and the fact it was split up step by step helped me understand what would have been expected of me in a reasonable time frame. I appreciated the 12 minute video they send detailing the responsibilities at Woven Care. I felt they spent time and effort when picking the best candidates for the position, and I valued that especially.

Question 1
Q: When is a time you faced failure and how did you overcome that?
I applied online. I interviewed at Woven Care (Colorado Springs, CO) in Jul 2024
Interview
We had scheduled a 30 minute phone interview. Without saying so, my assumption was this was the first step in a screening process - totally appropriate. The communication about the interview was frequent, clear, concise and friendly which helped ease any apprehensions. After providing my responses during the interview, I received validation then some clarification and additional information. Her interview style was casual making the interview itself feel conversational, putting me at ease immediately.
