The invited me for the first round of interviews and had me complete a lengthy case study beforehand. Once I submitted this, they ghosted me and never responded to any of my several messages requests feedback.

Their CEO, Peep Laja, tried to recruit me. This was easily the most negative, backwards interview experience I ever had the misfortune to have. I designed a whole plan in a presentation (even if he didn’t asked me to) but essentially we was very rude, interrumpting me every 9 seconds or so to say that I didn’t know anything and that my plan would never work, he basically challenged my ideas by making me develop an entire influencer program on the go…With no data about their pricing or expenses. I heard some horrible things here on Glassdoor about this company too, stay awake when interviewing for these guys.

Had 3 interviews: HR screening, job’s manager and CEO. After about 3 weeks of the first interview, I was sent an offer, which was withdrawn by Wynter less than 12 hours later. Very unprofessional behavior, kind of looked like a scam…
