I had the first interview with HR staff member based in Ireland, then another interview with the HR manager based in Germany. I didn't make it to the following stages but I believe there were another two more interviews before the final decision.

My experience in EU regulatory tech policy. The bottom line is the person who holds a degree in international relations with a specialization in EU tech policy gets the role. Tech policy is key here. Other policy fields are less relevant unless the role specifically covers those other areas.
