I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at X (Singapore) in Mar 2022
Interview
First screen call with the hiring manager followed by a virtual onsite with 2 interviews. All the people I spoke with were friendly and professional. The interview result was positive but got a hiring freeze during the interview process, so didn't get a chance to get the offer :'(
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Tell me about yourself
- How do you stay organised
- Difficult stakeholders
Interviewers were all very professional, and respectful during the process. Questions asked were mostly on experience and behavioural ones. Even though I didn't receive an offer, the process was managed well and we kept in touch for future opportunities.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at X
Interview
First call was with a recruiter, the second with a HR manager. Questions were straightforward & they asked about my experience and why I was interested in the job. I was expecting more complex questions but it was very surface level for both rounds. The recruiter was really nice and helpful throughout the process.
Interviewers ask good questions to understand skill set and ability, they were also respectful of candidate's time. Everybody was friendly and open to answering any questions I had. Questions were pretty striaghtforward, mostly behavioural and skill set related. This was before the company name changed to X.
