This was a very odd interview. I was contacted by someone who seemed to be an Engineer at Twitter but I found out later they were part of an HR team. The HR person obsessed over the dates and reasons for leaving my past employers rather than my technical abilities to the point that I asked "how long have you been in the industry". The technical questionaire was next and very easy and only covered super basic stuff. They later wanted to schedule a more technical interview with screen sharing to test my scriptiing abilities.
