I like the interview process it is very straightforward and honest about the workplace and the situation I will get into. They even asked me whether I wanted to continue the process based on the information they shared.

Don't apply it. It's not worth it. It's bad. During the entire process, they always lie to you, and they are playing with candidates. 1. HR interview 2. Interview with 2 SSEs 3. Interview with Hiring Manager(Lead engineer) 4. 2-day work trial - read Xendit's documentation - and document it my understanding - reverse engineer for their process - research for their tech problem - prepare slides presentation - presentation for 1 hr - prepare demo what a joke for the 2-day trial work, and they lie to you all time during the communication. 1. They didn't mention about 2-day trial work - They informed me about the 2-day trial work after 4 rounds of the interview. 2. I didn't want to proceed as I already have another offer in hand. However, they told me it's really simple, and just to meet fellow engineers for me to understand Xendit's culture. - This was a joke. I had to take 2 days of PTO from my current company to complete the tasks that they gave to me. The tasks are way too much, tasks are reverse engineering, doing the documentation, learning their product, finding a solution for their tech problem, demo, and 1 hr presentation 3. If I go for 2-day trial work, I had to expedite the process, as the other offer was only valid for the remaining 2~3days, and they told me they can expedite process. - After the 2-day trial work I sent the chaser, what they told me was that I need to wait around 5 days for the feedback. WTF.

Communication with the various members involved was pleasant. The interview process itself was very lengthy / included multiple rounds, only to disclose very demanding terms in the actual offer in the very end.
