Applied and did assessment, received a call after submitting application with assessment, interview involving overview of job, hiring papers immediately after interview with start date, drug test was done a week later, got a confirmation call a week later with background check information.

I was shocked that the Hiring Director did my interview in the lobby of the facility. I felt like it didn't matter that I was there because it did not feel like a real interview. It did not feel like a professional interview. The process was so rushed that it did not seem like they were really interested in me as a person, only hiring someone to fill a empty slot.
