Xplore Inc. interview questions

Unprofessional on their part; after 2 interviews I made it to the final interview, no one followed up. I even sent an email asking for an update, but no one responded. It’s normal to inform a candidate if they weren’t selected, but ghosting a candidate is highly unprofessional.

An initial call with Talent Acquisition. Then a 30 min interview with a manger. After being told I would hear back the following week, no one got back to me. Reached out for an update and crickets. Do better Xplore.
