The application took over a half hour to complete. The next stage was a questionnaire with over 100 questions. Took a few hours to complete. The next stage was an interview and that is where my journey ended.

Tell us about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.
It is lengthy, but they find ways to make it fun! Expect a lot of interpersonal reflection - and a (paid) design challenge. Lots of green flags throughout, even though it didn't work out I will definitely keep my eyes peeled for more opportunities.
