Yesware Full Stack Software Engineer interview questions

My interview process included a call with the head of People Ops (about 30 minutes), a call with an engineering manager (45-60 minutes), and then a half-day series of Zoom interviews with different engineers on the team. The first two calls focused more on soft skills, discussions of career development, and left plenty of time for questions of my own. The final round interview included a round focused on object-oriented design, a round about API design, and a round where I got to walk through a project I had worked on and discussion decisions points/what I was proud of/what I would do differently if I could go back. The whole process took a couple of weeks. There were a few technical snags here and there, but everyone was super flexible and kind as we worked through them, which I appreciated.
