Applied on the company website and received an email 2 weeks later to schedule an initial video interview. Video interview with the Talent Acquisition manager went well and they asked me to schedule an onsite interview for 2 days later. Onsite interview with the IT manager also went well where we went over my background/skills and they told me about the company. At the end I was told they would contact me in the next few days regarding my candidacy. Days turned into weeks and my phone calls and emails to follow up were ignored. Ghosting is not professional.
