Super accommodating to my requirements as I had to join remotely. Two interviews with a presentation required. It was a smooth process and worked well for both sides. I would highly recommend applying as the complexity was right for the role and what you would assume for a mid level role.

Interview with two people with structured questions to answer, lasted less than an hour and the interviewers were very nice and put me at ease. Questions were sent in advance of the interview so I had time to prepare.

The process was an initial interview with the hiring director and a member of their team. The questions were provided in advance for equality. A second interview followed with the hiring director and a second director. The process was psychologically safe and very supportive. I was not successful but learned a great deal through the process.
