      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at YuLife (London, England) in Jan 2023

      Interview

I applied for the SDR role. it says entry role for this position. when I applied they accepted and asked me to create an account and asked me to answer 3 questions including an elevator pitch in 126 characters. which I have done. after. that there is no sign of interviews or emails and messages on LinkedIn too for recruitment managers. they never replied to me back. after 2 weeks someone from the recruitment team they have found an experienced person than my qualifications. I don't understand why they advertised no need for experience plus someone who start a career in sales. I get that at least if they were interviewing me. I have over 10 years of sales experience B2C market. I got 3 months inter with the B2B market and I am fully trained from the boot camp. I felt disappointed about that application. I had big hope. but sending me like that email kind of failure.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at YuLife (London, England) in Jan 2023

      Interview

First stage - I had a really nice conversation with Head of Talent, Mel. This was a very informal chat, and hearing about the great culture and the mission driven work at yulife left me feeling excited to speak with the hiring manager. Second stage - B2B SaaS sales task and DISC personality test on Testgorilla. The B2B sales test was a multiple choice showdown, and let's just say, the answers were as clear as mud. As for the DISC test, all I have to say is, I'm not a fan of being put in a box. I believe in the versatility of personalities and the idea that one can be a mix of both extrovert and introvert, not just one or the other.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at YuLife (London, England) in Mar 2022

      Interview

I felt very well looked after throughout the whole process. It was really about getting to know one another as opposed to having to try to impress someone. There was room for me to ask all the questions in the world without being judged. Also the application felt very personal, it wasn't just about professional me but also a lot about what I wanted to share about me outside work. The interview process had multiple stages in which I got to know different people from yulife, got an insight into what the work will be like and how the coaching with the manager would look like. Yulife stands out as a company made out of real people with real passions and the genuine desire to make a difference.

      Question 1

Unfortunately I can't remember specific questions but that is because it was more like a chat rather than an interrogation. They will ask what makes you you and what is important for you at work, in what direction you want to grow etc.
