The duration of the process and the job description were far from optimal. Process was very lengthy and even changed in the middle.The job description should definitely be less generic and contain at least some technical skills/knowledge required for the position, if applicable. Some of the interviewers seemed a bit lost on what they were trying to achieve with the questions and could not explain how the funtions interact between themseleves.
