t is not recommended to wear jeans to a retail job interview. A solid colored conservative suit would be appropriate. Always dress neatly for an interview.
Here are some customer service interview questions:
What is good customer service?
What would you do if customer complains?
What would you do if co-worker is rude to customers?
What will you do if customer wants to return the product for a refund
It was easy, they just ask the typical questions so no need to be scared. You choose which area you preferred and the most of the times they can find a store near you.

no one knew who was meant to do the interview, it ended up being a group interview which was awkward, however on the up side, they did call me the next day to tell me i had the job
