I applied via the index website and was called in for an interview the same day. The process was very chill and felt more like a conversation than an interview. You need to show them you are a loyal Zara customer!
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
