I applied online and the next day received a telephone call similar to screening where I was told about the company and the position. I was forward a writing prompt which was a customer service scenario where I had to answer an angry customer's email. Then I was offered an in person interview which went well.

Can you give an example of a time you received above and beyond customer service?
In person meeting with team lead and HR. Office meeting with follow up confirmation of job on the phone. Brought printed CV and prepared for the company's values. It was an easy, in person discussion.

Interview
I received an email in response to my application. It was an invitation to attend a zoom interview with one of the Supervisors.
I was offered the position 2 days after the interview.
