Zen Educate interview questions

Interview process was okay to say the least. First initial call was the same as every other interview; Recruiter asking basic, previous experience questions. Second interview had a presentation and role play component and was with a person who said flat out that they were not the usual interviewer. They seemed annoyed they had to take the 8am call and didn't seem interested at all, pretty sure they were looking at their phone majority of the call but I dont want to make assumptions...Went through the presentation and role play scenario and at the end of the call I was told I would be moving forward to the last round and that I would get an email to schedule the last interview. Two days later, I receive a basic "We've moved on with other candidates who better align with our business needs" after being told to my face that I would be moving on. Looks like I dodged a bullet. If transparency is terrible during an interview process, I can only imagine what it's like working for them.

The interview process had a few stages. After an initial conversation, the second interview involved three practical exercises. There was a role play focused on account management and expanding an existing customer relationship, a presentation task around growing a school account portfolio, and a final task matching candidates to a role and writing a client email. The process was structured and focused on practical skills, with a lot of emphasis on how you think through real situations in the role.
