In 4 stages The aptitude test(cbt) Panel interview Final panel interview Executive director's interview Just have to be patient as they are very professional and welcoming. It takes up to three months.
It was a short interview with the HR Manager and other members of the team where you are asked series of questions. Most questions are about your educational background and work experience.

Interview
the interview process is very interactive, if you are calm and be yourself as much as possible. it is not that difficult; interviewers might be more than two and be confident which will help you a lot. the first stage is virtual then you move on to the physical interview. Note: dressing is very important, preferably a shirt and pants and use appropriate belt and shoes (male), same for females but you can skip the tie and wear skirt instead of pants.
