Good introduction to the company and very professional as well as personal recruiting. Followed by professional interviews, Young and talented team, open-minded athmosphere. Definitely a good place to work at and to grow technical, personal and intercultural skills.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zenuity in Nov 2019
Interview
I had an initial phone call screening with HR. Then an online python test (purely python, nothing scientific) then a Skype call with two team members. I got rejected because of lack of experience, but I expected better feedback after 3 steps of interview since my experience was reflected on my CV.

Question 1
The importance of synthetic data, past projects and technologies.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Zenuity (Gothenburg, Västra Götaland) in Sept 2019
Interview
I took online programming tests on relevant programming languages right after the initial Skype phone screening with HR. After sending the tests, there was another Skype call for a more thorough discussion about my experience, with the team I'm going to work with. Then there was the last online Skype call that included a presentation on a relevant topic, finally a meeting. Requires persistence but it's worth it.
I didn't observe any negative events in the entire process. It took a bit too long to be finalized since it was summer.
The final meeting was carried out with relevant questions and kind, friendly attitude. Everyone participated was welcoming and truly nice.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zenuity (Munich, Bavaria) in Jun 2019
Interview
There were several steps: phone screening, online exercise, technical skype interview and finally onsite interview which included a presentation and coding exercise. Very intense, and in my opinion it was according to the level of seniority. I like how all steps were conducted from the beginning. The people there is very nice and friendly, and also very open, the show you around and let you also ask all you need to know. The process could be faster but it looks like they make sure that new employees really fit in the position. I would have gladly accepted the offer they make me but I decided for another company.
