      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zero Gravity in Jul 2025

      Interview

      The process had six clear stages: Initial recruiter call Conversation with the COO Preparation of a case study Presentation of the case to the CEO and CPO Cultural stage — a podcast-style interview with several team members Final discussion with a board member Overall, it was a well-structured process. A bit long, but very clear throughout. The case task was challenging yet exciting and directly relevant to the role, which made it a valuable experience.
