The interview process was smooth and everybody was so kind and helpful! The first step was a 30 minute phone interview. My interviewer asked questions about my skills and experience. The next step was 3 back to back 30 minute Zoom interviews. The interviewers were nice and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, I got a call a week later that I didn't get the job. I'm bummed because it seems like a great place to work but I'll keep applying with Zillow for other positions and see what happens. :)

Why Zillow?
STAR Questions, such as "Tell me about a time when"
It was very simple and quick! I really appreciated the process to learn more about the role and company while they learned about me. There were several rounds but because of the speed between each, I never felt I was constantly waiting on a next step.
