Lengthy experience but they were up front about that. Honestly the best recruiting experience I've ever had. The recruiters were very transparent about next steps and gave interview tips specific to the interviewer along the way. The interviews themselves weren't bad. There were four total rounds including the recruiter screening. For the third round, there was a take home assessment where you had to make a 20-minute presentation on a specific topic in 72 hours. This round also had a 45-minute problem solving portion. Last interview was with the VP of Vehicle Development, only 30 minutes.
