First round - recruiter
Second round - virtual panel interview with 4 different stakeholders
Third round - on-site meet the team (did not make it to this round)
The recruiter was extremely transparent on salary and expectations. When I discussed my experience with the recruiter, she moved me up automatically to the more senior job title and I appreciated her willingness to take a chance on me. The second round was lengthy but each call only lasted 30 minutes. There are no surprise questions, but they seem to really appreciate their start up-like culture and anticipate 2025 to be a huge "growth" year for them. They are quickly growing and expect all joiners to enjoy speed and innovation.
