The interview process itself was quick once it started, but it was like pulling teeth working with the recruiter.
Everyone should participate in candidate experience, I would say those I interviewed with who are leaders (directors) in the people space failed to do so. The recruiter consistently failed to follow up with me when she promised, snapped at me for asking a question, and no one was open to feedback.
They also really like to hire ex-google and ex-PA networks, so there's lots of favoritism and bias in the entire process.
I expect better from a company of this size, especially, from those who sit in the people function.
