The interview process was very laid back and comfortable. It was a group interview. I was nervous beforehand but I had nothing to be nervous about in the end. If you know how to build a deck it's a plus.

Sat down with a large panel, probably about nine people, and was asked very basic interview questions. They do rapid fire from each person. Overall it is just an odd way to conduct an interview.

The interview process was very relaxed and informal. The office is very clean and showcases the work culture physically. Work culture is very relaxed and welcoming. However, the pay was subpar.

The preliminary phone call screening with the HR manager was quick but informative. The secondary interview was a video interview that lasted about an hour and was much more situational questions with my ability to jump in and ask my myriad of questions at any time. The next step was to take a tour of their HQ but I withdrew my application knowing that after hearing about the job/salary/benefits that it wasn't going to be a good fit for me.
