We are very sorry you did not have a good interview experience with us. Although we are unsure which hiring practices you are saying are questionable, we feel it only right to respond to some of your statements to provide a different perspective. To begin with, yes, we have a fairly rigorous process of interviews and strive to be equitable throughout. Perhaps it is because of our structured interviewing approach's thorough nature that you felt our engineering leader took too long to make a decision. As part of our recruiting process, we market-match our jobs before we post them. This means we can make informed salary offers based on current market data. Our goal is to ensure that our pay is very competitive. And we offer a very flexible work arrangement, with a combination of in-office and at-home work, post COVID. During COVID times, the office workforce have all been remote unless they have wanted to be in the office -- entirely their choice.
