Interview
I applied online. The interview process consisted of a phone screening with HR, an interview with the hiring manager, 5 hours of interviewing with roughly 10 additional team members, and finally a 30 minute interview with Mike our CEO. The whole process took about a month and a half (this was during COVID).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a client that wanted to churn. How did you intervene and what was the outcome?

Interview
Applied online and setup a call within a week. 30 min first call with a team member for the first round. The Second round was a presentation given to the department head. Both the first two rounds went well. The third and final round was a series of talks with different members of the team from all different departments. Some of the team were easy to converse with, others felt off and slightly standoffish. Don’t know if people we’re guard doggin’ or over-worked and tense. Either way, I got the vibe that it might not be the right work place for me, but talked to some genuine and good people along the way.

Interview
Initial phone call with HR then I was offered the opportunity to move on to the 2nd stage which was a PowerPoint presentation on a given topic which was to be presented to a leadership panel. The presentation went well and I received positive feedback as well as some constructive criticism but I was then invited to come into the office to meet some of the team. During the face to face interviews I met with several people within the organization and there was also a case study to be completed. The interview process is very thorough and although there were some moments that were a bit nerve wrecking and a bit intimidating, you can tell that this is a company that truly cares about the people they hire and they want to make sure it’s the right fit on both sides.
