2nd and 3rd rounds F2F
The HR called up directly. Told that the requirement is for automation testing.
After TCon , i got to know that the requirement was for Production support team.
Then i rejected for any further rounds because of bad job profile.
Then they called me again saying there is requirement in automation team as well. I agreed to go ahead and confirmed twice over calls, that for which team the req is, as the location was far away from my home. She confirmed every time, that its for automation team.
After F2F, again got to know that the opening is for manual team only.
And the interview standard was very bad. In technical interview, they just asked me on what all i have worked. Thats it. Not even a single technical question. The same they could know from my CV and linkedin profile, what was the point of calling me there.
Is this any game, just to show that how many interviews the HR has taken. That too at the senior level employees.
Can't say, whose mistake is here: HR(Conveying wrong message to me) or the Hiring manager(Conveying wrong requirement to HR).
