I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at atolls (London, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
I went through a recruiter who, I believe, found the booking and feedback part of the interview process very easy and quick. Once I was done with the first stage interview I was quickly moved onto the next stage within 2-3 hours, whereas usually it takes a couple of days (which is normal).
Once accepting the role, I had already agreed a start date, but it turned out I could start a week and a half earlier, so Pouch/GSG did everything they could do accommodate.

Interview
HR approached me and after having the first general interview for 20 mins, they invited me to the final round which also only lasted less than 30 mins. HR was friendly and understanding, though the two interviewers did not show interest in getting to know me on a personal level, didn't bother to ask any behavioral questions. In the end, they rejected me because I was not passionate enough for the job.

Interview
The talent acquisition team was genuinely lovely to interact with. However, I was disappointed that my in-person interview was cancelled at the last minute, especially as I had taken a day off from work to attend. It felt quite unprofessional.
