The interview process took forever. There seems to be a lot of internal confusion as to what they want or need for this particular role. After my first three interviews, I thought I had a good idea of what the role would entail. In the fourth (yeah...) interview, everything changed. I was told that they wanted/needed skills that were not listed on original job description. So, fine. Learnable skills. Then (after four interviews) there was a "homework assignment" that made me wonder if they'd read the four writing samples they asked for at the beginning of the process. I don't know, it seems like a good company from a mission standpoint. But internally, I think it might be a huge mess.
