calm.io interview questions

The interview process was direct and they were focused on describing the challenge they are facing in engineering and what solution I can provide to overcome that. The good part was that at no point it was like a Q&A session it was alway a discussion. Their product is for devOps automation so the discussions were all related to devOps problems, testing approach for the product and some programming logic questions based on trivial concurrency and distributed system based problem.
