Easy and non-sensicle. No questions about actual experience and just essentially, if we like you, you're in. Overall weird experience and a bunch of friends and family members working together... seriously.

Interview
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
The HR generalist was very informative about the position and talk a great deal about the company and its culture. I was able to talk to the director of the project management team and get an insight of the company and the projects they dealt with. The only negative experience I had with the employer was when I requested a feedback regarding the outcome of the interview, no one replied to my email. I felt it is common courtesy to reply to my email either it be negative or positive or generic email. I would have appreciated a response, but I still feel that d-wise has a good business model and wish them the best!
