Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired, particularly during the final interview. The interviewer’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional and unpleasant, which was disappointing given the company’s public image of being open and friendly. From the start, the interviewer seemed disinterested and dismissive. Throughout our conversation, he frequently scoffed at my responses and wore a frown, which created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. The most disconcerting moment was when he asked if I had any questions, and when I did, he completely ignored my inquiry and abruptly continued with his own line of questioning. This was not just unprofessional but outright rude, especially since he portrays himself publicly as approachable and amiable. He clearly hadn’t looked at my portfolio or resume given how painfully generic his questions were. The entire interview felt like a one-way street, with no effort made to engage in a meaningful dialogue or understand my perspective. It was demoralizing to feel belittled in a setting that should have been a professional exchange. I left the interview with a very negative impression of the company’s internal culture, questioning how they treat their employees if they allow such behavior during the hiring process. Would definitely not recommend.
