Their hiring process is the most unprofessional and disrespectful process that I have encountered during my career.
They stopped responding in the middle of the process without providing any explanation, which forced me to reapply for the same position. However, even after reapplying, I was met with even more disrespect. They canceled an interview at the last minute and failed to show up for another scheduled interview without warning. It took them two weeks to finally get back to me, only to inform me that they had filled all the positions. When I asked for clarification on why my application was treated in such a way and why other applicants were allowed to proceed, they were clueless and unable to provide any explanation.
This lack of professionalism and respect toward job applicants speaks volumes about the company's values and no amount of pinkwashing will change that. I would strongly suggest that they re-evaluate their recruitment process.

Technical test for 30 min (proposed 1 week after I applied), Technical interview for 1h, HR interview for 1h. The process is fast. There are 3 questions in the technical test. The HR interview was awkward. It looked like she didn't even read my CV. She seemed friendly etc. but didn't even reply to my email when I asked for a feedback after her rejection email. Very rude and disrespectful after all this time I wasted! Treating us like resource, not like human beings.
