I applied through university. I interviewed at deVere Group (London, England) in Jan 2018

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at deVere Group (Birmingham, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Super poor. The process was so short and so little time was invested into viewing abilities. 15 min phone interview followed by the half day assessment centre wasn't enough. The assessment centre was comprised of 2X 1 minute interviews, a few group tasks which were not even observed and a short presentation. There was a sense of sexism too from the tone conveyed at the assessment centre.
