A week long training course which outlined the work DeVere do and the work they expect BDAs to do. Included a presentation at the end of the week. Very relaxed and not formal whatsoever, seemed quite disjunct and not very well planned.
For the first round, it’s a HireView with behavioral questions (why deVere, etc.)
2nd round is a DISC psychological test.
3rd round is a final interview with a HR Director.

Started off with video submission and then an initial phone interview for 30 minutes
Two rounds of in-person interviews. One with the Wealth Consultant and then Area Manager. Interviews were physical at their office premises.
