Interview
First round is usually on general aptitude and communication skills by HR, they will make you write a short test and an essay on any of the current affairs topic, then the HR will align the second round with Operations Manager if you got through that then there are likely possibilities that you are selected. then Hr will proceed with Salary discussion. They usually have set bracket to offer, but if you are a exp. candidate they you may negotiate till 20-30 %.
