The interview process begins with your profile being shortlisted for a virtual interview. If that goes well, they proceed to an in-person interview where you’re expected to prepare a presentation on your marketing strategy and showcase it.
I wasn’t selected, and I don’t have an issue with that. However, the way the HR team handled communication was highly disappointing. They initially mentioned they would call back, but they didn’t. When I followed up, they informed me that my profile wasn’t shortlisted—something they could have communicated earlier without making me chase them.
I also requested feedback on my interview, which is a basic courtesy most organizations extend to candidates. Despite promising to provide it, they never followed through. This lack of professionalism and transparency leaves a negative impression and makes the process feel disorganized and disrespectful to candidates’ time and efforts.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and reflects poorly on their recruitment process. Clear communication and respect for candidates go a long way in building trust, and unfortunately, this company failed in that aspect.
