They are very slow in their hiring process, the process felt very unorganized and unprofessional.
I was contacted by a recruiter 3 months ago. It took 2 months to hear back from eDreams themselves because of internal restructuring. I talked to the HR person of eDreams and again I had to wait for weeks before I got an initial interview with a product person. The interview was all about A/B testing, but the person was very nice and helpful. I went on to a 3d round where I had to present a product case over a video call. The first 30 minutes were spent by a product director drilling into work that happened at my company before I took on PM responsibilities. The decisions and processes were not mine however he kept asking about it, which was very strange.
In the product round they asked some hard questions which were very valid, but unfortunately there was only 30 min to talk about the assignment I actually did.
I waited for 2 weeks without hearing anything again. When I finally got an update (after having to ask for it), I was rejected without any feedback.
Overall: they were looking for someone with travel e-commerce experience. They could have known from the first talk that that person wasn't me. I don't understand why they dragged me through this process for 3 months.

La entrevista es en inglés. Un poco para orientarse de tu perfil. Explican el equipo y el puesto. Si sigues en el proceso te dan una semana para un business case que se presenta a los responsables de los equipos.

Tuve entrevista con RRHH, mitad en español y mitad en Español. No avance a la siguiente instancia.
La entrevista fue muy distendida, mezclando preguntas de skills técnicas y más soft.
