I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at eGain (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
The interview process was pretty average overall. It started with questions about my resume and prior experience. I also had to complete a technical test. There were a total of three rounds: an initial HR screening, a technical round, and a managerial round. Nothing too unexpected, but it's a good idea to review the job description and brush up on relevant technical skills beforehand.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eGain in Aug 2022
Interview
An HR representative will reach out to you on LinkedIn via direct message. He/she will attach the job posting and ask if you are interested. Then, he/she will ask some follow-up questions, which are considered the interview. Afterward, the HR representative will provide you with a timed test that will assess your skills in Numerical (Math), Verbal (English), and Abstract (Critical Thinking) reasoning. You have to secure 70% in Numerical, 80% in Verbal, and 60% in Abstract reasoning to pass. If all goes well, a job offer will be physically mailed to you.
