Interview
As others have mentioned, weird vibes and ghosting. The interview concluded with a discussion of how urgently they wanted to fill the role and whether or not I could meet with the executive team the following day. I enthusiastically agreed and never heard from them again. Sent a few follow-up's, but crickets. A courtesy email to close the loop would have been nice. The approach just seems sketchy and unprofessional.

Interview
Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. Met with the recruiter twice and then moved on to meet with the COO. Met with the COO twice and received positive feedback. Was told that the COO was going on PTO but they would be back in touch after that for next steps. Have been totally ghosted. Very unprofessional and bad for the brand. Even a simple email or text to close the loop. Wasted a ton of time on this company. Not worth the effort.
